Cycling is one of my greatest passions, when I come across unpleasant situations such as this, I can't help but wonder why I served for this kind of treatment? Had a poor experience when taking a bike in for service. Went in to get a tire replaced and a shifter replaced, was told that it wasn’t worth fixing the bike and that they were really busy. I had found the parts on Amazon just didn’t want to spend time on it. Might not be the place for someone that wants an option other than buying a new bike.
RecommendedAmazing service - got a quick adjustment done and it ended up costing less than I expected and way faster. They diagnosed the problem on the spot and didn't try to upsell any other issues. I talked to the sales guy (didn't get his name) about having carpal tunnel yesterday and he remembered that today when I was picking up and recommended new gloves. I was impressed, I'll be back. thanks guys!
with all the Choices Make a good one! I shopped Local and bought Local very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We have Bikes that fit and if we have a question. in person help. So FB peeps find your local Bile shop check em out. Your future Bike awaits something for everyone.

Very happy with my experience at the Kentwood Location. I’ve been riding the wrong size bike for years. Riley & Casey got me set up with a bike that fits me perfectly. I highly recommend buying from Village Bike & Fitness! Friendly, super knowledgeable staff, honest prices, and excellent service!

Thank you, Village Bike! I scoped out some bikes last fall and their sales people were WONDERFUL! Very knowledgeable, educational and low-pressure. I ended up purchasing at a shop closer to home with a different brand, but would never hesitate to purchase here when I upgrade someday.
