Cycling is one of my greatest passions, when I come across unpleasant situations such as this, I can't help but wonder why I served for this kind of treatment? Had a poor experience when taking a bike in for service. Went in to get a tire replaced and a shifter replaced, was told that it wasn’t worth fixing the bike and that they were really busy. I had found the parts on Amazon just didn’t want to spend time on it. Might not be the place for someone that wants an option other than buying a new bike.
RecommendedAmazing service - got a quick adjustment done and it ended up costing less than I expected and way faster. They diagnosed the problem on the spot and didn't try to upsell any other issues. I talked to the sales guy (didn't get his name) about having carpal tunnel yesterday and he remembered that today when I was picking up and recommended new gloves. I was impressed, I'll be back. thanks guys!
Recommendedwith all the Choices Make a good one! I shopped Local and bought Local very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We have Bikes that fit and if we have a question. in person help. So FB peeps find your local Bile shop check em out. Your future Bike awaits something for everyone.
