The staff is very friendly and nice. Great at taken care of any concerns and recommendations. Fast service when necessary. I am very happy with them.
The word is not enough, my child is very comfortable in her office. It is a good memory, service is excellent, it is more like a home for my familly. Thank you so much. I love my Doctor.
Dr. Ganjavi is amazing! My son really likes her, trusts her and has absolutely no fear of the dentist bc of the treatment he receives here. As a parent I am super impressed! She is extremely great with kids, very professional and very trustworthy. Her staff is equally as good. Office is fun and totally inviting. We have no doubt, we couldn't find a better dentist!
Kids really enjoyed the experience with all the toys, thoughtful placement of entertainment and great handling by staff and Dr. G. Very well run, efficient, and streamlined processes. We came to the practice because of the waterlase technique used. Hopefully that may be an option for the future.
The staff did a great job explaining to our special needs son (autistic) the steps in the process. Where things went south was with the attempted x-ray, where he needed a demonstration more than explanation. We'll prepare him next time with videos showing what to expect (as we did with the general visit). Our concern is with his caries and how to address them without NO or sedation. I can't say enough great things about this practice. Dr. G is wonderful, her staff is friendly, accommodating and puts the kids (and parents) at ease. My children enjoy going to the dentist and when I evoke Dr. G's name at brushing time, they feel a sense of responsibility and accountability to not let Dr. G down. I've shared this practice with many friends who now feel the same way.
Brought both my boys in for their checkouts. They were both in the chair within no more than 3 mins. Got their cleanings, fluoride, words from Dr. G about flossing and off we went. Didn't even need to review/sign for the visit.
