This company needs to visit the properties they manage and interact with the staff they hire. The staff and units at Colonie Apartments in Amherst, NY are horrendous. The staff is very dismissive and get extremely defensive and harassing when you present them with a problem. The maintenance staff ignores work orders and when you report this to the office staff the answer is "Did you put in a work order?" Yes, 30 times with no response!!
