The staff has been good while living here. It’s a nice property.
Upon moving out, Vie at Murfreesboro reported me to collections for a bill I ALREADY paid. Luckily I kept receipts, so didn’t have to pay the bill twice, but I still had to pay the collections agency fee since Vie already sent it to them. Despite repeatedly calling and attempting get ahold of an Accounts Manager, I haven’t even received a call back. This has hurt my credit score and greatly changed my opinion of this establishment.
I have lived here since August 2018, its now December 30th 2018. Since I have moved in I have filed numerous maintenance requests to fix our dryer, I keep getting messages saying it has been completed.. but the dryer DOES NOT WORK and when it does it takes 7 cycles to dry a TINY load of laundry and the dryer is SO LOUD i can hear it from the street outside of the apartment. y'all do nothing but rip people off and try to make false accusarions when there's 7 people that i know here that have people living with them that's not on the lease so leave us tf alone because nobody extra lives in that apartment and y'all are going to receive a harassment charge real soon thanks to your leasing manager marquan
