I wish you all would in force a music rule of some sort!! I am SO OVER being woken up all hours of the night due to loud music coming from some of the inconsiderate people you rent to. It is currently 10:30 p.m and I have listened to BOOM BOOM BOOM for the past half hour. I have small children in my home that sleep in the back of the house and get woken up to this!!! My daughter and her 3 room mates have been without central unit working for 10 months now. There is Mold because of other problems that they keep saying they will fix. They refuse to let them out of their lease so they can go live someplace that is safe and that is warm in winter and not 85 in their apartment during summer. This place is a JOKE. Keep AWAY. Only thing they are worried about is money. This place is taking advantage of our kids in school.
rent is inclusive of cable with a furnished kitchen bedrooms and living room. each bedroom has its own bath room
RecommendedI just put in a work request this morning in regards to my heat not working. The new maintenance supervisor came right over to make sure that the problem was solved being that the shift of weather was getting cold. Just wanted to take the time to say thank you for your urgent care and professionalism.
