The management is awesome. He took care of my situation asap! Also, the maintenance guys got the job done within the hour. Thank you all so much for helping me out!
They are robbers!! They tell me that I HAVE to live there. I've never paid a deposit, first months rent or got renters insurance but they're trying to stick me with a 11,000 bill and 600 a month rent. Worst mistake of my life was calling them about an apartment. I'm in contact with multiple lawyers right now trying to see if I can sue them because this is ridiculous. I just want them to leave me alone but they are going to try and force me to pay (which I can't because I'm out of work right now).
I will not recommend anyone to stay here. Now when I first moved here they were alright because they had a manager that know what they were doing. Now they got people in the office that doesn't care about anything. I being complaining about noises roommates, stealing food, and I also had a package that was sent through UPS it was delivered one day. They called me the next day to come and get it. I sent my daughter down to pick it up, they couldn't find it, it took them almost a week to find that package. I am still UNHAPPY h... read more
Maintainance does good work! They came an replaced my dryer the same day it went out.
The maintenance crew is always efficient in their work and their punctuality. They're friendly and professional. They're well-trained in their profession and they take pride in it.
The maintenance staff at the Vie are very helpful and responsive. Every time we bring an issue to their attention they follow through and get the problem solved and let us know. Friendliest group of guys as well.
