Today, your Mr. Craig Burch came to our house and performed a very excellent job on our Sony Bravia LCD television that was not operating as well as it had. Not only was Mr. Burch very professional, but he was very innovative as he corrected the set up of our two ATT U - verse remote controls. Next time Mr. Burch comes here, he will install a remote extender, per his recommendation, so that we can more logically install our television into our entertainment center. Excellent customer service and Apple TV installation. We would recommend them with zero hesitation. They were prompt, professional, and had excellent knowledge of what we needed for our older model flat screen tv. We were very impressed!!!!
