Install was more than I thought it would be, considering it took 30 minutes
Above and beyond service- it was pouring rain & they delivered cheerfully and even wiped water off the tv for me! Tom & Rick were exceptional!
Our 3-year-old 65" Smart TV, lost power. I took the power supply to the store this Monday 2/3/20 and found it was working, the problem in the set. Ron, the owner set up a service call for Tuesday 2/4. Craig arrived per the schedule, diagnosed the problem. The part had to be ordered. They called today, parts in, can they come out. Yes, and they did within the hour. Happily, we are watching our TV. Many thanks to Craig and to Ron for their wonderful help and service.
Cole and Marcus arrived at our home and provided excellent service. They were very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They had our issues resolved in under an hour. Direct TV was at our home for over four hours with no resolution. I will call Video instead of Direct TV even though we have maintenance agreement.
Guys were very patient & helpful. There was a cable guy here who said he did not have time to run line to our new system. Tony did this on his own. I would recommend them to anyone!!
