We have dealing with Video Revolution 18 years ago when we bought our first projector TV and have bought TVS, repairs and TV mounting ever since. They have always been super courteous, honest and have gone out of their way to make things right.
This store transcribed a CD for me from a very old tape recording and brought it up to date beautifully. I did not buy anything big from them but the help they gave me is immeasurable, the kindness and efficiency of the store employees or owners was great and copies of my CD were excellent. It was a great service for me. I do not mind paying extra to get good service which is so hard to get these days. Thank you Video Revolution.
I found Tom to be very knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. He did a good job moving my five TV's from cable to antenna
