Yesterday i bought a car from victory. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had!! Alex Chavez was my salesman and let me tell you, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I've never seen somebody so kind and excited to do their job. I also worked with Ken, one of the managers. He was very respectful and kind as well. Derrick did my financial paperwork and was very helpful and answered any questions that i had. I would highly recommend buying here! I won't go anywhere else. Thanks Victory!!!!! I love my HRV ❣️❣️

Victory sold me a car a month ago with only 3800 miles. I took advantage of the delivery option so did not test drive it first. From the first day I drove it the 'tighten fuel cap' and 'check engine' lights plagued me! After 2 weeks and 4 days at another Honda dealership it was found that it had been eaten by rodents. When talking about getting the repairs covered, they said they'd TRY to get it covered saying that they couldn't say for certain it happened there?? I had issues since the first day with it! I was pleased with the efficient sales team. Corey Lowery told us half way through our tour of the 2020 CR-V Touring model that he was 'new' to the sales force, but I wouldn't have guessed that from the way facts, figures, and answered questions just flowed conversationally. The few questions he couldn't answer, Corey stepped away and and was back within seconds (really!!) with our answer. I was impressed!
