was very satisfied when purchasing our new Honda Pilot
They exceeded my expectations for the service I had done. The only complaint I have would be that they didn't use a fender cover for the service so there were a lot of greasy handprints and fingerprints on one side. I didn't see that side till a day or two later. They were fairly easy to remove. *Service Department please use these or buff the prints out when done.
Vanessa is the best! She helped me narrow down my budget, understood where I was coming from, and got me the HRV in the exact color I wanted. This is my first Honda ever, so I'm looking forward to working with Victory to keep my new car in top shape!
