He offers suggestions with no pressure, making it clear what is necessary and what is not. He is courteous and gives you clear answers to questions. I would highly recommend Victory Honda for any type of service. You may pay a little more than a local mechanic but it is well worth the price in terms of the quality and professionalism of the staff, especially DJ.

The service department is always a 5 star, but I have to say the same for Gene Cappo and Alex, I have purchased 2 cars and leased two, they are so wonderful, they work with you to get you the best possible money for a payment you are comfortable with, I give over all experience 5+ unmatched in surrounding dealerships~
We've been buying Honda's and having them serviced there since they opened. Never a problem and always great service.
My experience with the service and the service was excellect (5 stars). Since I run my own business, I needed a place to work during my wait. The carroll provided was adequate but the chairs provided were actually in such poor condition as to be dagerous to the customers. A young mother carrying a 1 month old baby nearly fell out of one. That gets a zero star rating.
