My husband and I went looking for a new car and we were very pleased with Victory Honda of Jackson and our salesman, Aaron, “Ace”. From our first step onto their lot to the last signature on the dotted line, we received excellent service from knowledgeable, respectful people who didn’t try to push you in any direction. Came for oil change and cabin filter replacement. Asked how long it would take and the guy said 1 hour. 2 hours later and I’m still here. They lie, should have taken the shuttle. Wife had same experience with our other Honda earlier this week. Service here isn’t what it used to be.
I went in not expecting to leave with anything but Anthony Pearl made sure that I left with something. I had the best experience there and I recommend everyone goes there.
