We brought our 2018 Ridgeline in on 4/23/18 for the first scheduled maintenance. We had a 4:00 o'clock appointment and due to circumstances beyond our control, we called the service dept and Suzye was able to rearrange our visit to a later time. Suzye greeted us with a smile, and also addressed other concerns we had at the time. She made our first experience a pleasant one. We just bought a Honda CRV from Victory Honda. We absolutely love it. Everyone was very helpful expecially our salesman Christian Pereira. This is the least amount of time I've ever spent buying a car. We was in and out in no time.

Was heading to Jackson, knew I had a brake light out so I called ahead and asked if I could stop by and get it taken care of, spoke with Suzye and was told they would be glad to take care of me just come by when I get there. I did and they fixed it even had someone take a later lunch to take care off me.
