Went to get our CRV Serviced. Suzye was waiting for my wife at the door and took over right then. The service was completed and we were called as soon as it was finished. Very very pleased with the service.
Our service person is Suzye Montgomery and she is great. She's like talking to our neighbors. Her attitude toward her work and customer makes us feel that our Honda is in good hands. She fits right in with management and sales. Great place to do business.

I just pulled off the lot with my new to me CR-V from Victory Honda in Jackson and I am absolutely in love with it! Honda Dan by far went above and beyond any salesman would do. From start to finish I enjoyed my car buying experience. Honda Dan gave me personalized customer service that you can't find at just any old dealership. I would recommend going to see him for any of your car needs! He will give you the 5 star customer service that you deserve.
We found the perfect car for our daughter. I was pushed for time so I told them I had to be out of there within 30-45 mins. They had the deal signed, sealed and delivered in no longer than 45 minutes. It normally took 2 hours with past vehicle purchases. Thank you Danny Jones, you are very knowledgeable with the Honda Accord. Great experience!
I would not recommend ever buying a vehicle from here. Their customer service is terrible, only a handful of people will call you back when they say they will, and if something is wrong during your warranty period they will usually victim blame (like me having to replace my battery within the first month and being told it was because I probably left the lights on even though the lights shut off automatically after about 10-15 minutes). This is not a dealership that strives on service.
