I have been extremely pleased with the service given by Victors Home Solutions, located in **********. From beginning to end, the staff have been extremely professional and helpful. Whenever I called with a concern, staff either provided me with an answer or transferred me to the proper department. If staff were not available at that time, I always received a call back. The job looks great and the workers did a great job.
August 2021 we paid victors $18,000 to fix a leak above our bed, they assured my wife and I the roof needed replacement.August 2022 the leak above our bed returns, they come out and tell me they couldn't locate the leak. The worker tells me he'll put more caulking on the chimney flashing. I told him that was unacceptable and I wanted them to determine the source. I had them cut a hole in ceiling above our bed and water leak test. They do this and determine the chimney cap is the actual cause. Then they tell me fixing the lea... read more
