***** did an excellent work to inspect the roof and provide the explanation of roof situation and possible solutions. The team worked very hard to complete the job in one day! However, it is expensive. The project includes ventilation replacement and one of them was not properly attached with the connector so I had to fix it by myself. I am not quite sure whether it is really necessary to have the ventilation replacement. Also, duck tape was used for fixing the soft pipe which will fail quickly as tape ages.
The two gentlemen who came and applied RoofMaxx to our house whe professional, thorough, friendly and explained everything they were going to do to complete the job. The guys even sealed around vents on our roof if they needed it. The job was done in a snap and with no mess left behind. Great job, would recommend Victors to anyone needing roof work!
My wife and I are very disappointed by the work quality, the customer service as well as the price of the project by ****** Home solutions.Work quality: the ******* informed me after the fact that all plywoods on the flat roof are replaced. No pictures documenting the need for replacement were shown to me. I took a look at the ripped off *****, they looked fine to me. Victors was extremely pushy and trying to force us to sign the day of the inspection. The salesman would not leave our house. He was there for over 2 hours and over 1 hour of that was him trying to get us to sign a contract. We told him multiple times that we had other inspections scheduled and we would discuss as a family what our best option was. My husband is a subcontractor that works through victors roofing company. He is not employee to ******. ****** has made it clear to lie to customers and to tell them that they are employed through him. Your best bet is to hire a local subcontractor with the same quality for three times less the price this guy is not based on integrity. He is a liar, and he treats, the roofing subcontractors like garbage he makes ****** off a roof and pays his subcontractors maybe $4000 of that.
