Never have a bad experience. Everyone is always very polite, even when they are busy. Very thorough with exams and teeth cleaning and always concerned about patients well being. Fantastic group of women.
I always enjoy my appointments here with Dr. Rachel Heard! Her, along with her staff are always so friendly, courteous and professional. I have received the best dental care ever while here. Highly, highly recommend it!

Having a painful trip to the dentist is something you will never have to worry about with Dr. Heard or her staff. Also I feel that a patient will always get only the highest quality work performed there. Yesterday during a routine cleaning the hygienist took a lot of extra time to resolve a minor complication and did what I felt was the most thorough cleaning in my 69 years that I have ever had.
Not only do Dr. Rachel and her staff treat me like royalty; they are also respectful of my time, getting me in and out expeditiously. I am grateful for both my top-notch dental care as well as being made to feel like family. They care for my husband and children as well and we are blessed to be their patients.
I have been a patient for over 15 years. This is a great dental practice with a professional staff who is caring and compassionate.
