I liked the use of an I-pad to update patient information. It is much easier to correct, revise and update. Not so easy to apply a signature to the screen. Thanks for doing away with hand-written form. It was a good experience having Dr. Richard Heard as my dentist for many years and I appreciated the smooth and seamless transition to Dr. Rachel Heard. Dental care expertise has remained at a high level.
I’m so glad I found Victoria Family Denistry! All the staff is so friendly, professional and make you feel so comfortable. I had a cleaning and am very pleased with the results. No sore mouth from poking tithe gums during cleaning. I’ll go back!
