The staff is alway ready and courteous. I love Dr. Rachel but this visit I saw Dr Copeland . She was also thorough, knowledgeable with kindness. They make going to the dentist less stressful.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff who listened to my concerns and provided clear plan of treatment. Very professional and didn’t feel rushed as I have at other dentists.
It is always a pleasure to visit this office. They make you feel at home.

I have been using this practice for over 35 years and couldn’t be more satisfied. Each dentist is top notch. I would not go to any other dental practice even though this one is not in my dental insurance network.
I never dread my checkups or visits to see Dr. Rachel or my hygienist, and yesterday was no exception. The entire staff are so friendly and professional.
Dr. Heard and her staff was amazing. Very caring, taking time to explain and making sure I was comfortable and at ease. After exam and x-rays, Dr. Heard determined I needed a root canal. OMG! That sent my blood pressure up. I'm very apprehensive when seeing a dentist because of a bad experience in Houston many years ago. Dr. Heard said, I'm sending you to see Dr. Potter, a root canal specialist. I didn't even know their was a dentist that only did root canals. I was so impressed that she sent me to Dr. Potter. DR Herd is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is great and absolutely professional. She answers all and any questions and the office is very clean and professional. 5 Stars
