Dr. VanFossen is always very friendly and caring. She did express her concern about my breast sensitivity and suggested some physical therapy- and who knew that you could have physical therapy for your breasts?!
Dr Van Fossen is extremely caring, compassionate, and entirely with me while I speak. She listens and responds very quickly and efficiently. She removed my cancer and I will always have enormous gratitude for her.

Doctor explained my condition and her plan for correcting it very well. She showed diagrams to help me understand procedure and location of thyroid that will be removed. She was thorough in walking me through my upcoming surgery and recovery and very patient in answering all my questions.
