RecommendedAbsolutely enjoyed The Victor Cafe, from the ambiance, good food and superb waitstaff that treated us to opera every 15 mins. I'm giving this 6 out of 5!! It's also near Miracle on 13th Street, a splendid way to end an already enjoyable evening. Cozy and fun!
