Delicious food and wonderful service! Loved the singing and entertainment
Wow, what an experience. Come here for a date night! Servers sing an opera aria every 20 minutes. All that plus the best tiramisu I’ve ever had.

Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing performers and good food. They are making dining a pleasant experience by taking the necessary precautions during the pandemic but still keeping things classy. There was an emergency in the dining room during our visit but things were quickly and efficiently handled by the staff and they made every accommodation to make sure the diners were still having a great time. That is a true sign of good business management. ❤
The food is fantastic, the staff is amazing, the atmosphere and the staff singing opera from the balcony, oh and I cannot leave out the Rocky memorabilia...great Philly experience!
The legendary Victor Café is still by far the best Italian restaurant in Philadelphia!! The most amazing thing of the night was the performers, opera and drama student who also double as waiters, giving it their all to make a living and make you happy ❤️❤️
