Quirky, arty, fun. I come from Hebden Bridge in the UK, voted the quirkiest coolest place to live in many polls. The Victor Cafe would fit right in! The level of service and professional is fantastic. The food is top notch Italian with a mix of classics and modern dishes that is just right. On top of that, the bonus is that all those incredible staff are also trained opera singers. Every 20 minute or so your ears are treated to an aria. A fabulous, memorable experience. Do not miss this place if you're in Philly.
Excellent dinner. We had the mussels appetizer and caprese salad , so fresh . Linguini and clams were excellent. We had so a wonderful night listening to the opera singers and dining on great food . Will be back soon.

Such a lovely experience. Food was fantastic, wait staff were phenomenal. Aside from excellent service, each server is gifted with beautiful singing voices. It's dinner and a show. �. I highly recommend. Restaurant was recommended by a personal friend who is also a chef who told us that when in Philly, this is a must! I agree. Kudos to the Victor Cafe chef for an amazing dinner.
Amazing experience. Trained opera singers as your wait staff in this 100 year old classic restaurant. Used in the Rocky movies as Adrian's. Food is off the charts too!
Just wow. I cam all THE way from Québec To have dinner there one of the best services i never had before and one of the best restaurant i have never see
