I was very satisfied with my experience at Vickers. The mechanic explained everything that needed to be done on me Volkswagen and why, and then I got a reasonable quote. They gave me a ride to my office so that I didn't have to wait around, the staff was really friendly, and I am very pleased with their work.

The quality of work at Vickers is at least as good as some other shops I've used, but it's the way their staff treats me that keeps me coming back. They actually act as though they WANT my business.

The staff at Vickers is friendly, courteous, and professional. They showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. I was given a very clear picture of cost before the work began. And I believe Vickers to be a business that delivers high quality work.

Great customer service. Clean facility. Nice place to go to meet your needs. Nice that there is a auto rental there too, just in case the car needs to remain overnight.
