Customer Service and warranty on repairs are what make this shop outstanding.
Customer Service was AWESOME!! I was out of town and had a problem and they made sure my car was fixed so that I could get home to my kids. Everyone went out of their way for me and I couldn't express my appreciation enough!

its worth trying at least once – I would say one should definitely try Vickers Auto at least once. I can understand that for the first time people can be bit apprehensive of going to a new shop apart from their regular auto shop, but its worth trying once..
