Great and timely maintenance – they've always provided me with great and timely maintenance on my Toyota, and they got me a Costco beating deal on tires.
Great shop: courteous staff, knowledgeable mechanics, excellent prices. My first oil change was very quick, but the second one took over an hour.
Friendly – friendly good service on my Ford.

I would recommend your shop in that you seemed to do a good job, however, my appointment was for 8:30 and no technician arrived until much later. Also, the man in the office was kept on the phone for at least 20 minutes before he spoke to me other than "hello, I'll be right with you." The working class at large needs a Sat appointment or else timeliness on appts.

After checking the yelp reviews (which were great), I got the deal for an oil change (I usually go to Jiffy Lube to change my oil). When I visited the shop, the customer service was great, the mechanic was not pushy and very knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be fixed on my Mitsubishi.
