I would recommend your shop in that you seemed to do a good job, however, my appointment was for 8:30 and no technician arrived until much later. Also, the man in the office was kept on the phone for at least 20 minutes before he spoke to me other than "hello, I'll be right with you." The working class at large needs a Sat appointment or else timeliness on appts.

I found Vickers through an.. – I found Vickers through an internet coupon deal. After checking the yelp reviews (which were great), I got the deal for an oil change (I usually go to Jiffy Lube to change my oil). When I visited the shop, the customer service was great, the mechanic was not pushy and very knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be fixed on my Mitsubishi.
