Would tell anybody to try Vickers – I would tell anybody to give them a try. I do a lot of work on my truck myself so I went in knowing condition the my truck but they didn't know that. They didn't try to take advantage of the fact that I was a woman to try sell me some line of BS to get more business. Helpful – great service and knowledgeable tech and manger was very helpful with all my needs and concern at a very stressful time.
All the staff were extremely friendly, thus a good environment. They were very helpful and explained things to me clearly, and even offered many options for my problems.
They're not pushy – Very good work and customer service. If there is any other problems, they tell you but they're not pushy about other service items to fix.
How cool is that! – Very pleased with the price, professionalism of the people at Vickers and the repairs completed. I really like the ability to view the status of work on my vehicle via AutoVitals...how cool is that!

I love their loaner program – They are friendly, reliable, thorough, honest, and affordable. I love their policy on giving a loaner car while your vehicle s being repaired.
Knowledgeable mechanics – Tech not only changed my oil but also did a quick walk-through with me and tell me what I will need to do next in order to have the car runs in a decent shape
