Don't go here if you have kids, would not allow my child to come in when I was going in for an eyebrow waxing. Had to leave with no waxing. I will never go to this place again! Do these people expect you to get a babysitter to get an eyebrow waxing, really!

I went to VICI to get my hair done for my birthday party and did not like how it turned out, I didn't feel comfortable because part of the cut was not what I liked at all. However I was able to get a VICI "redo" and the student, Karma, knew what I was asking better than the teacher! They say when you find when you like stick to it and Every time I go back I'm requesting her. Amazing student!!

I went to the bayshore location and had Danielle (aka Karma) for cut and color. This was my first time getting my hair highlighted and I couldn't be any happier! She did a great job explaining what she was doing and made sure I was happy and she understood what I wanted. She made me feel really comfortable and listened to what I wanted. I was really satisfied with the end result and will definitely be in touch with Karma for future appointments!
