History Established in 2004. Marvin Rushing and Penelope Rushing founded the first VICI Beauty School in 1969. Twenty-three years later, in 1992, they opened their first salon, located in Brookfield. Their second VICÍ Beauty School - Park, opened in Greenfield in 2004, along with their second salon and accompanying spa: VICÍ Capilli Salon and Spa, which shares the same location. I've been going to the salon school on hwy 100 for about 10 years after trying the salon in Brookfield.Cant beat the prices,friendliness,helpfulness,cleanliness,atmosphere,and all around great result.I also indulge in the body treatments with excellent results with several.
