History Established in 2004. Marvin Rushing and Penelope Rushing founded the first VICI Beauty School in 1969. Twenty-three years later, in 1992, they opened their first salon, located in Brookfield. Their second VICÍ Beauty School - Park, opened in Greenfield in 2004, along with their second salon and accompanying spa: VICÍ Capilli Salon and Spa, which shares the same location. My hair has twice been cut crooked there and neither time was it handled to my satisfaction- no one came to apologize or check in on me well it was being corrected and I had to spend more time coming back which was a huge inconvenience.
