What can be said that hasn’t already been - it is quite simply from start to finish one of the best meals I have ever had accompanied by the best service I have ever had. The Swiss Chard Gnocchi is an emotional experience and the wine pairings were perfection. I have never had a dining experience comparable to what my wife and I had last night at Vetri. The food was out of this world, and the service was first class in every possible way. Treat yourself to the wine pairing—it is absolutely worth it. This was our first of many visits to come.
Vetri projects a reputation for excellence but after last night’s dinner your excellence outdid that reputation! Your varied cuisine, wines, atmosphere and team service with the entire staff was more than exemplary——we have never experienced that level of perfection and made my birthday over the moon! Everyone’s teamwork was inspiring and I adored meeting my fellow native Lancastrian Diana!
