From the moment we were seated, we knew we were in for a treat. The courses...and there were many...were beautiful. The pastas were spectacular and cooked to perfection. The play on combinations of flavors was thoughtful. And the wine pairings were on point. We heard a couple near us complain about the time it takes...don’t be daft. This is a dinner with many courses. They time it to perfection. The wines are chosen based on the course, when you choose that option. My advice, sit back and enjoy the ride.
What an outstanding experience.... from the moment we walked in we knew we were in for a treat.... from the welcoming aperitif to the dessert everything was outstanding....
