They are so amazing there! they had to take my furbaby inside & I wasn't able to go with him. They stayed in constant communication with me & my baby came out & wasn't even upset or scared. They got my boy back to his happy self & the techs & dr. were amazing!!!
Very great. The doc explained everything well. Fairly quick given COVID circumstances!
Took my meeko to them and they took very good care of him and made sure they made me aware of everything that was going on while I waited in my car. Very nice people!

When my mom contacted me with the sad news her beloved German Shepard had to be put down due to bloat very late in the evening and she needed my assistance I took over speaking to the office. I live in Florida and the hospitality of the woman at the desk was completely business she had no compassion and it was all about the dollar. When I explained my mom didn’t have a credit card and I could pay the cost to have her dogs suffering ended I was then told I too had to cover the cremation costs at the same time. I don’t recommend this awful place!! I had an emergency with my German Shepherd which I knew was bloat! I did 90 mph from Waterbury to get her there. Just to wait in the parking lot on a Friday night into a holiday weekend ! With them asking for a credit card before they would see her! I knew that she was dying! I didn’t have a credit card I had a check which they refused! So I had to call my daughter at 11:00pm to see if she could help me out. This office, while going above and beyond to keep pet parents and their fur friends safe during these times, their communication between staff and management and their clients is confusing, they do not follow up in a timely manner, and when faced with cases where they are in the wrong, they will excuse their way out of it without getting a full story from ALL PARTIES INVOLVED. Dr. Damon is amazing. She got my very, very sick Maltipoo, who has a collapsed trachea, through the power outage. Excellent diagnosis, medications worked rapidly, and I am convinced she saved my dog’s life. Her compassion and ability to administer palliative care to a dog with several life threatening conditions is wonderful. We feel very lucky to have found her.
Had to put our pup down and they were very helpful, compassionate, and caring.
