Recommendedthe techs and doctors were great what I didn't like is as soon you walk in they come out and want you to sign a paper for payment before they take care of your pet which I find it's not right. also there was one tech she has blonde hair work evenings I found her very sarcastic to us while we were very up set at the time in the room with our dog she told us we shouldn't call the doctor in the room if we weren't ready to put down our pet which it was hard to do and told us to use a call button she gave us to call when we are r... read more
I would not recommend you in an emergency Becky at the front desk tells me when I call to find out how my dog is doing that dogs are being triaged and my dog isn't as an emergency as others that are there. After speaking to the manager Jody 2 hours later I was told my dog was not even checked for a temperature or heart rate so please tell how you triage. Were you waiting for negative outcome. y family just left to go to another facility at 11pm. I was told that there is 2 ICU nurses, 1 tech and 1 doctor. That there was 1 ani... read more
ER vets are top notch. It’s expensive but I feel my pets always get good care.

Left my dog boarding for the first time for 1 week and our experience was amazing. The place is so clean and they sent us updates everyday with pictures and videos so we can stay in touch with him. Staff was very friendly and professional. So thankful we have an amazing place to leave our precious dog when we have to go on vacation and we can't take him with us.

took my 8 yr old dog to them for a reaction to prednisone prescribed by another vet . after calling my current vet and being told dont worry she is fine , mind you the dog lost all bladder control had uncontrollable tremors and other things . the people at VHA were awesome they set a plant to take her off prednisone and she is doing much better . i have even gotten 2 calls to check on her progress and condition simething my previous vet had never done . these folks are awesome blondie and i thank you all very much

Veterinary Healthcare Associates has been an amazing blessing to my family. They have helped us navigate every step of the cancer battles Captain and Goose have been fighting with the utmost grace and humanity. When it was time for Captain to finally rest last week, their staff and Dr. Moore were there for us again making him as comfortable as possible. Don't bring your fur babies here!! They are more concerned with the money than any of our pets!
