This clinic is absolutely amazing ! Without them our great Dane wouldn't be alive anymore ! The doctors and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to take care of her and us ! It's hard to find s place that truly cares about the animals and loves them like their own, but this clinic is definitely the place to go ! We arrvied at 3 am in the morning, with our dog who had zero chance of survival , they took us in immediately and saved her life ! Had to have our wonderful dog of 14 years put down at 11:00 p.m. two days before Christmas..Everyone was so kind to us that night, thankfully the clinic is open 24/7 or I don’t know what we would have done that night.. THANKS for taking care of Bob...❤️💕It was truly an emergency and the clinic was there for us...
Awesome care, professional and Immaculately clean. They were a Godsend as I learned Highlands County has no veterinarian services available on Sundays.

Extremely upset with my first time experience at this Vet today. The vet told me she heard a “cackle” in my senior dogs lungs. I refused the $500 X-ray but asked if she could get a broad spectrum antibiotic bc it was clear she was sick. (Had nose running w mucus and eye; sounds congested - the reasons I brought her). They still refused bc I said no to X-ray. After complaining they finally gave eye ointment. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone. I arrived after I was denied service at another clinic, Lake Wales Animal Clinic(not a hospital) because I could not give 250.00 down payment to start the process of saving My Best Friend! My Love! Who died on Veterans Day. I get to Your clinic VAC, and You guys wanted 500.00 to start to save Her life. She was a Jack Russell beagle mix viciously attacked by two pit bulls.
