Take take pets here. They take their sweet time and just want money out of you and will end up killing your pet in the end anyway. Screw this place.
I was traveling and went here in an emergency situation. They are the most compassionate staff and provided superior care to our little guy. We had to leave him overnight and they called a couple of times. I'm forever grateful. ���
Are the best place for my pets and the staff and the doctors are excellent I'm so happy in that place !!!
Well..where do I start. 30 minute wait and we are still waiting ..40 minute wait to see technician, 5 minutes to get vitals and a 30 minute wait to see vet...and still no vet she's on phone.. approach desk to check out..nope systems are down. We can't check u out.. and u haven't seen vet she's on the phone..20 minutes later.... still no vet in site..
Very Helpful And Caring Staff. I’ve Had Multiple Experiences With This Facility In The Past, And Although They May Take A Little Longer They Are Very Thorough And Like To Make Sure Our Fur Families Receive The Best Care. I Would Rather Wait An Extra Hour To Make Sure My Dog Is Okay Rather Than Be Hurried Out Of A Vet With A Misdiagnosis. They Kept Me Up To Date On Everything Going On During My Visit And Were Very Sweet. Very Positive Experiences.
Years ago Dr. Nations had performed life-saving surgery on our cat Marshie whom we were happy to have for quite a few years afterward. Today, on Memorial Day, our regular vet clinic was closed and with one of our cats in kidney failure needing her daily fluids, staff from this clinic took care of her with no hesitation. We want to thank you and express our appreciation to you!
VHA is a great facility with a great staff and they truly care!
We used to bring both of our dogs here for quite sometime. Needless to say, we will never return here and will never recommend your facility to anyone. At around 1:00am on a Friday we brought our dog to your facility due to a significantly bloated stomach and excessive panting. When we first arrived, we stood in the lobby for 15 minutes until someone came out to greet us. So much for an emergency vet!
