Let me start off by saying the staff was great! Went in to put my cat of 16 years down. My problem comes with their "Final Care Consultation" fee of $97.00. When asked what that was I was told that it was a physical fee when my cat was never given a physical. I walked in and told the desk working I was there just to kill my cat. he was basically on his death bed when I took him in! I wish my normal vet was open during the weekend. I would give this place 3 stars. The biggest negative that I have to mention about this place is the attitude of the vet that handled my cat. They did everything they needed to do, but they were not friendly at all. When you are dealing with people that are already stressed out and upset, why not be kind and put their minds at ease? It doesn’t take much to be warm to someone. I’m grateful that they are here and able to help animals in need but I would seriously suggest an attitude adjustment.
“It’s not our financial responsibility to help with your pet” after being hung up on by one guy, the next person who answered told me this... after I explain that I just paid $350 on Monday for vet visit and bloodwork, paid a couple bills, now my 1yo kitten is on seizure #6.. “take him to spca...” after I’ve been fighting for my baby and now I’m suppose to surrender him.. BECAUSE I PAID MY BILLS!!! I will have $1000 in 2 days! These clinics are the worst!
I had to have my beloved Kitty put down yesterday and the dilks here were tremendous. Very loving and compassionate.
Recently brought our very sick dog here , sadly we knew he had to be put down ... caring and respect the whole way ...class act the whole time ... we can't thank you enough
