so I lost my little girl outta no where and I'm losing her older sister (she was 12 and older sister 17) and these 2 dogs ives had most my life I'm 26 now,I cant belive I lost my little girl and its been so hard and one thing I regretted was not getting her foot print.but thank you to the staff and dr.spires I got that and a card.dr.spire was there for everything.and I'm glad I got that print her ashes are gonna be tattooed in that foot print on me.i would recommend this place 100 percent,there amazing people,thank you soo s... read more
2 months ago I had to take my sweet cat at 2 am for In what I thought was pneumonia. He had FIP and had to be euthanized. One of the hardest days of my life. The staff was so compassionate, professional and tactful. I can’t speak highly enough about them. I was not rushed and was able to take time to say goodbye to my boy. Thank you so much for showing him love.
I was very happy with my emergency visit experience. The staff was friendly and the vet thoroughly explained everything from care to costs. I wasn’t horrified by the bill.
A week ago tonight, we brought my fur baby here. she was in critical condition and we called ahead so they knew we were coming. My husband walked in and they were waiting for us. unfortunately she crossed the rainbow bridge a half hr later. the whole entire staff was amazing, kind and supportive! They helped ease the pain a bit, they gave the time we needed to say good bye to our sweet Mia, and didn't try to push us out...
We our thankful for vet tech Megan and doctor O’Toole me and my cousin victoria dog Lola gave birth to a total of 8 puppies only 5 survived we came in all Panicky cause Lola wasn’t do well on her own but they saved the pups and Lola thank you Greater Buffalo Veterinary Emergency Clinic 💕
Megan Megan Megan where do I begin 🤔 I am so thankful blessed and all of the above for this wonderful young lady. She is truly a hero and I am proud to say that she helped deliver 5 out of 8 puppies alive . She worked with me and made sure I was good and didn’t give up not one bit. She stayed with me and Lola from 8 in the morning to 8 in the afternoon and this woman is getting a rate above 10!!!!!!! Thanks Megan I’m so happy we met you today
The staff is nice, price is reasonable, open 24/7! I went at 11pm at night and I got seen almost immediately! Miley had a large abscess on her neck that opened up and was oozing blood and pus. It was late at night and I took her to get checked out. The animal hospital nearest me in Kenmore had a critical patient and there was a long wait so it was only by chance I came here. She got the abscess flushed out, antibiotics and pain medication. The cost was very reasonable! Thanks for taking care of my doggie. She is feeling much... read more
