I took my bunny here 10/20/2020 due to her bleeding from her rectum. I paid a $45 emergency fee for them to leave her waiting in there for an hour before looking at her. Then they told me that it was GI stasis and a SMALL uterine tumor, and as long as we did her meds the way they instructed (we did) and got her fixed after she was acting normal again, she would be fine. And then on 10/23/2020, she died from this tumor. What did I pay $260 and drive a half an hour to this place for them to not see her right away like I paid f... read more

READ GOOGLE REVIEWS - DO NOT TAKE ANY FAMILY ANIMALS HERE YOU CARE ABOUT. PLEASE BE INFORMED AND READ CUSTOMER REVIEWS ON GOOGLE. WE MADE A HUGE MISTAKE!

My father in laws best friend, and one of our family dogs became sick suddenly. He is an older Jack Russell terrier Being it was Labor Day, and our vet was closed, I looked up an emergency vet.I called ahead and drove about an hour to get there. The staff was warm, and accommodating. Due to Covid I had to stay in the car, but Dr. Spires called me right away. She ran labs and our poor boy had Kidney failure, she assured me he was not in pain, and made it possible for me to take him home to say goodbye to the rest of the famil... read more
