RecommendedOn the 4th of July, I needed to take my elderly cat to the vet. She had recently underwent a move & was not eating but was drinking a TON of water. My vet, who normally has weekend hours, was closed due to the holiday. I went to this clinic & it exceeded all my expectations. Due to covid, I had to wait in the car the whole time, but they were quick to come out & get her, examine her, & call me within 20 minutes. Our dog Yoshi had severe pain lifting his head and we rushed him to the hospital. The receptionist Sue was wonderful on the phone as well as the doctor and technicians. I know that people are stressed about having to stay in their car because of Covid 19...waiting to hear about their pet’s condition-but the staff went over everything and made suggestions and Yoshi is resting at home. Thank you!!!
Fast, friendly, and compassionate service, even in the middle of the COVID pandemic. This is a team of true professionals! While I hope to never need their services again, I’m very grateful to know they’re there and wouldn’t hesitate to take our two pups there! Jack and Shiloh say a huge THANKS!
The staff were so kind and helpful when I was having a meltdown about my sick pup. He had surgery and was well cared for. I feel like Chick knew he was never alone! I appreciate the patience and understanding they gave to me. Thank you all for helping Chick! 🐥
fast service, even with COVID
We recently visited here, as my dog was experiencing all of the symptoms of bloat, and my regular vet was closed for the day. From the time of arrival to exit of the clinic, the team was everything and more that I could've asked for. Of course with COVID, I was not able to enter the facility. However, the team ensured they would call me with information as it became available during my dog's appointment. In total, I spent about 1 hour there around 11:00PM. You saved our dog’s life last week. We brought Daisy to you at 3:45 am Thursday and had to hand her to your vet tech from the car door due to the current health crisis. We picked her up at 4:00 am on Friday, and although she has congestive heart failure, she is doing so much better.
