I truly can’t thank the veterinarians and staff at Greater Buffalo Vet Emergency clinic enough for saving my Machias! Everyone was wonderful in providing care and updates for the entire time he was there. They also understood how hard it was for us to be away from our precious baby. He’s not out of the woods yet with his urethral/urinary problems, but it’s good to know an excellent staff is standing by 24/7 if we need emergency care in the future! Thank you!!

We had an appointment with Dr. Tamke today. Our sweet boy has a tumor on his kidney. Lynn and Dr. Tamke were so wonderful...very compassionate and caring. We stayed with our dog during the ultrasound and Dr. Tamke pointed everything out and thoroughly explained everything. The clinic itself is large, spacious and inviting. Lots of tissues for those weepy moments! I highly recommend it, but hope I never need it again!

We are so thankful to have this Veterinary Clinic in our community. My english bulldog suddenly got sick and they tried everything for him, and with compassion, I received a beautiful card and pawprint, which I treasure.

I work in the dental field and i understand things are expensive but this place is insane. 98$ for exam 250$ for xrays. Blockage surgery quote was 3400-5 grand. The dr told me after i told her i could not afford that that they may have to call the adoption agency i got my dog from and they may take him from me and possibly him. Not something you should say to someone. Went to seneca animal hospital in the morning with no appt they took me promptly and kindly. And the whole surgery cost me $1475. My visit at this clinic alone... read more

THANK YOU! I have never met such kind people who really care about the well-being of your animals. I came home last night to the most beautiful, hand-written sympathy card with Howard's paw print in the card. Your kind words will forever be appreciated. Dr. Poltis and staff at the clinic, thank you again. I know Howie was in great hands with all of you!
