I came here bc the emergency clinic near me was performing an emergency surgery so the wait time was really long. I just wanted to say that the physician assistant at greater buff was so kind and caring. I really liked her (name started with a "c" I think...Courtney maybe? I was upset-Im sorry I can't remember). She took her time with us and even stayed in the room while I went out to pay. She showed a genuine compassion for my dog and the situation which brought us in. Professional compationate and most serviceable veterinary clinic I have ever needed services at. Brought a sick 8 wk old puppy in as an emergency and though the outcome was not good. Those people tried all the tools in their chest. I am considering using this clinic for all our verinary needs. We have 8 dogs and breed several times a yr.
My sweet pup Spanky had a fever and a huge cyst on the back of his neck that burst inside and caused a lot of damage. I recommend this facility to anyone who cares about their pet as much as I do. Spanky was treated quickly and with compassion from the front desk to the vet! Dr. Poltis was wonderful, my normally skiddish dog was immediately drawn to her and even gave her kisses! Our cat woke us up at 4 am screaming in pain. Upon arrival we were seen right away. The news was not good. The compassion everyone showed was exceptional. They even gave us our Boo Boo's paw prints before we left. If we had to be with strangers I'm happy it was Dr. Brown and his staff.
Took my cat Pumpkin at 3 am...They took me right away..Dr Poltis was very concerned and understanding with our situation..She examined Pumpkin and explained all my options..She let me sit there offering me coffee or water..We sat there for a few hours waiting to see if Pumpkin would be ok to make it to my regular vet when they opened..Dr Poltis and Cheryl were great..
we took our pitty (WALKER) with a bad laceration on his paw the staff was exceptional .took very good care of our furbaby they worked with us on every thing . walker is doing great !!! we highly recommend them
I took my 6 month old puppy there last night after he jumped out of a moving vehicle, Dr. Tierney and her staff were amazing, even though a few serious emergencies came in, they still took the time to update me and take wonderful care of my baby. Highly recommend GBV! Thank you
