Amazing amazing staff!Thank you so much for helping us with Zoe, and letting us visit her multiple times a day, the staff were so helpful and caring towards her and kept us posted about her recovery. I am truly thankful for everything you guys have done for her and us.
The staff was wonderful, so great with my 2 year old boxer. He ate mole poison. Afterwards Dr. Dunaif at Aurora Animal Hospital did a great job,we we're at GBV. They kept a close eye on him all night, gave him the treatment he needed.And they let me stay with him...today he is feeling much better.thank you..
My dog had 2 seizures, so we brought him in. It didn't take long at all to be seen by the vet. All his bloodwork came back normal. The vet explained EVERYTHING on the chart. The longest wait we had was waiting for the results and him getting discharged. But they had a few emergencies come in, and we completely understand. We were only there for about 2 hours. I'd say that's pretty good time for being an emergency establishment. The staff is very friendly :)
Awesome professionals.... I wanted to let you all know that Grimace Derenda is ALL BETTER... made it through the kennel cough and pneumonia and has doubled in size! He is now 3 months old!!! Thank you so much!
I brought my dog in to be checked for an possible injury and was so impressed by the Vet and staff. They were overwhelmed but were so kind to me and my dog. I really appreciated their help. Nice to have a place to go to if needed. Thank you!
Thank you so much to ALL of the staff for saving our puppy Rocco who was hospitalized and fighting parvo for 5 whole days! Each and every one of you are absolutely amazing. They were very accommodating by letting us visit our puppy daily, as well as answering all phone calls for updates. They truly care about the animals and their owners. Hoping we do not have to revisit the ER ever again, but are confident that if we do, our pets will be in great hands!
Brought in my daughter's 4 year old cat that passed away. He was playing one moment then crying in pain and shaking a minute later. He was gone within 2 minutes. They brought him to the back to check for signs of life and came back with him in a towel. They held him with respect and care. They let us stay for as long as we needed and explained our options. We chose to bury him. Thank you for helping us get through one of the hardest things for a child to deal with.
