Great service! This is our third house through them and it was just as easy as the first two times.
Use Veterans United Home Loans if you are Veteran homebuyer!!! Don't believe anyone who says that it's not worth the hassle. There is no hassle. From pre-approval through closing, the team will guide you through the process. Another agent attempted to discourage me from using a VA by saying that sellers did not want to be bothered. I'm glad that I didn't listen! The VA appraisal was lower than the asking price, but the gap wasn't significant and the seller lowered their price.
