Deceptive practices, I was mislead in to creating an account with them and it was not clear that I was applying for a loan until they started asking for me to submit documents to verify my employment, etc.
Veteran&#**;s United made the home buying process with a VA loan pretty simple. Everything is available online and easy to access, plus you&#**;re notified immediately when a document needs your attention. My team was very communicative and always kept me in the loop. There were some fees that I wasn&#**;t aware of going into buying (1st time buyer) and I would&#**;ve liked to know about those upfront, however that doesn&#**;t directly reflect on Veteran&#**;s United. I applied for a loan, was supposedly pre-qualified. I received documents and signed them. Now no documents are in my account and I received a denial reason for COLLATERAL...Their information is inaccurate. I own my own property and there is no such loan available. Not true. The worst is ******************* in ******** ********.. she is shady...
Great company and followed through with everything they said they would do. Got a great rate in a tough housing market and closed early!

Veterans United is the way to go if you are a veteran and in the market for a home. My team was excited to work with me. I think they were more excited than I was. They will answer any questions; there is never any pressure from them. If I ever find myself in a position to need to buy another home, I will use Veterans United.
Best home buying experience ever! They provided a team of resources including a portal to upload documentation, complete tasks, and check status. Very professional, timely communications, and expert advice. All tasks completed 8 days before closing. Would use again and highly recommend.
