This company was very easy to operate with and they responded promptly to any and all questions. They were very respectful and worked around mine and my wife's schedule.
Our experience was awesome. People on our loan team were very responsive, answered our questions, and kept us in the loop about the process. We were under contract on November 24, and closed on our home about 6 weeks later. It was smooth, efficient, fast, and easy. They made the home buying process very easy and virtually stress free. Already talked to friends and one has already started with their VU process and the other will be starting in a few months. Thanks Veterans United!!!
Needed a loan quick because another provider tried to change the VA loan to Conventional. Talk to Chase and was able to get switch over and get it closed in 3 weeks pass our original due date.
Home buying is a very stressful and hectic process. I'm an over-the-road truck driver, so that made it even more stressful trying to deal with everything. The team that Veterans United provided for me went beyond normal customer service. I would absolutely recommend them to any veteran out there looking to buy a home.

I inquired online to Veterans United Home Loans on 2/18/2021 for a VA 30-year fixed rate. They wanted an “estimated” closing cost of $6,493. I would have to be really senile or stupid to go for that, and yes, I will be soon 77 years of age. Plus, they were only going to lower my monthly payment by $10,00.
