Excellent company to work with who truly have your best interest in mind!
Terrible process, and a lack of compassion or understanding from this company. They use the same brutish, unethical and bad behavior that makes people resent other bigger financial institutions. The best part of my experience is that after I shared with them that my wife has a green card they have the audacity to ask if she's a "legal resident or a non resident alien". Luckily I got this sent to me via txt so I have proof, but that should show you their lack of understanding of the immigration process because anyone with 2 b... read more

Ben and the rest of his team at VU are true pros: we probably did everything to make this process hard on them, and they went above and beyond to make it easy on us all the same. They were with us every step of the way and we never felt like we were being kept in the dark. Whatever type of score scale you use, they're at the top of it.

As a Veteran, I was treated very poorly! I was trying to get refinance, the person that was working with me was not honest with me at all!
