I had an excellent experience refinancing my loan through Veteran’s United. Our loan officer was excellent and guided us through the process step by-step. Closing was very easy. The settlement agent came to our home to complete the closing paperwork. He was respectful and adhered to all COVID safety measures, including social distancing, and demonstrated expert knowledge of the paperwork and process. An overall great experience.
