Beware!!! Stay away from this lender. It appears they don't know what they are doing when it comes to qualifying self-employed borrowers. They started loan strong, then deteriorated as the Loan went on. You will go down a condition hell with this lender. The Loan Coordinator never answers the phone. There first mistake, Veterans United qualified under W2 income, then asked me for multiple amendments to my business taxes.
